The brutal assaults … the senseless massacres … the heartbreaking isolation from outside assistance … all was lost amid the devastation of the ongoing pandemic. With so many COVID-related stories to cover, the media simply couldn’t hear the victims’ cries for help. Therefore, neither could we.
